3. Payment Terms
All Services are paid. Pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms will be detailed in a written proposal or contract agreed upon before the commencement of work. Full or partial prepayment may be required. We accept payments via secure third-party platforms.
No refunds will be issued once Services have commenced unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner, including via external platforms such as Notion.so.
Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Maintain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your content.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by JYNX Studios in connection with the Services, including custom branding elements and website designs, remains the property of JYNX Studios until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
6. User Content
If you submit content to us via Notion.so or other platforms, you grant JYNX Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of providing Services.
7. Privacy
